We have serviced through our partnerships and direct inventory over 63,000 nights of 31+ night stays or more. This has also allowed our owners to maintain a stable revenue with no tenant related matters.

 Our strong partnership with Philadelphia city subsidy programs has enabled us to provide high-quality housing options to a wide range of individuals in need. Over the past 5 years, we have successfully collected and paid housing subsidies for over 156 months to our owners, clients, and property portfolio.
