This will result in a total of 12 new affordable and attainable apartment rentals, as well as three commercial businesses. The current phase of the project is focused on design concepts and collaborations.  The projected development involves the construction of a 5 story mixed-use apartment building, which will offer 16 attainable and affordable apartments, ranging from 1 to 2 bedrooms. Additionally, there will be two commercial ground levels. This development will not only provide housing for numerous families but also contribute to the commercial growth of the area, generating business revenue, creating job opportunities, and fostering a thriving quality of life environment. Currently, the project is in the design and collaboration phase.

  The 5-unit mixed-use apartment building currently in the design and concept stages of development will greatly contribute to the West Lehigh Ave commercial corridor by providing much-needed housing opportunities. This development will consist of 5-6 newly renovated affordable and attainable rental units located on 7th St and Lehigh Ave. By offering more affordable and attainable quality market rate, workforce, and affordable housing rental units, this project will significantly enhance the value of the area and benefit its residents. Additionally, the commercial plaza between 7th and 8th St and Lehigh, which houses TD Bank, Little Caesars, Family Dollar, Save-A-Lot, and Burger King, will experience an economic boost and momentum as a result of this development. It's important to note that this project is already underway and currently in the design and concept stages. 

 The commercial corridor on West Lehigh Ave is already a thriving ecosystem, with major businesses such as TD Bank, Citizen Bank, Family Dollar, US Post Office, Auto Zone, Uhaul Storage Facility, A New Modern Public Library, Brightside Academy, Jerusalem Furniture, Rite Aid, 3 Gas Stations,  Little Caesars Pizza, Burger King and a block long public park, just to name a few along with numerous small local businesses.
